Damage to hotel property
We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address.
Sisu Boutique´S Room , Suites and Apartments
Operates a strict NO smoking policy.
Sisu Boutique hold the right if we find any evidence or believe that any of our guests have been smoking in any of our rooms to add 200€ to the bill for the expense to us for loss of earnings, the dry cleaning of curtains, bedding, and carpet cleaning, etc
Check in & out Policy
Check in time is from 15hrs. Arrivals after 22hrs may result in your room being resold and our cancellation terms will apply.
Check out time is at 12hrs. Charges apply after this time
Late check-out is subject to availability and extra costs apply.
In case of early check out, no refunds will be made.
Credit Card Policy
You will be asked to provide a credit card (or debit card) at the time of the Booking to secure your reservation. Where a deposit or full payment is required in advance; by Booking you are authorizing the debiting of the card provided. The Guest must pay all outstanding charges on arrival to the Hotel in order to check-in.
IMPORTANT: The credit card used at the time of booking , card holder must and card holder ID must be present in order to check-in.
Credit Card & ID are required in order to check-in. The minimum amount your credit card will be charged for will be for the period of your stay. If the credit card use on booking cannot be produced on arrival a cash payment in full will be required for the period of your stay and a damage and services deposit will be required.
Cleaning and Maintenance. Our cleaning team will come to your suite/apartment once a day before 18hrs. Clients are asked to keep their suite/apartment in good order. If you have an incidence, or a problem concerning your suite/apartment our maintenance team will be available to assist you. In case that extra cleaning or maintenance service is required penalty costs will apply.
This policies forms part of our terms and conditions and is covered by the legally binding contract you are agreeing to enter into by booking accommodation with us. By entering into this contract you are authorizing us to make the above charges to the card without any additional consent being required.
FOR WEBSITE & BOOKINGS EMAIL
We required a deposit in order to guarantee and confirm your reservation. If no deposit is received at the time of booking we will proceed to cancel your reservation.
For Standard Room Rates
Your credit card details are only held as guarantee. The Hotel will charge the first night of the reservation at the time of booking. This is refundable deposit if this complies with the cancelation policy. This means that you must have sufficient funds on the card for one night’s stay. The balance will be settled on arrival.
For Apartments & Room Groups ( 5 Rooms or more)
Your credit card details are only held as guarantee. The Hotel will charge a 50% of the reservation at the time of booking. The payment can be made by card or bank transfer. This is a non-refundable deposit. The balance will be settled on arrival.
We will require a key and damage deposit on all Apartment bookings at check-in.
For Pre-pay and discounted Rates
The Hotel requires full payment at the time of booking. This Rates are strictly non Refundable and will not admit amendments.

In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, no refunds will be made.
If the amendments results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked, card holder non present). The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase.
Additionally, although Sisu Boutique Hotel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take some time for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
For Apartments or Room Group Cancellations
Guests must cancel or modify all reservations 60 working days before the date of arrival. If the cancellation or modification is after this time, 100% of the total reservation amount can be taken. Please also note all cancellations or modifications must be made in writing. Amendments in the original booking or cancellations are only effective when The Hotel have confirmed by email and provides you with a cancellation reference number. For Pre-Pay Rates or discounted Bookings
These rates are strictly non refundable and don’t admit any amendments. In case of cancellation no devolution will be made
Changes and Cancellations made by Us
We reserved the right to make changes and correct errors on web sites, brochures and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed.
At certain times, facilities may become unavailable due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control. We will attempt to keep all hotel guests informed of these circumstances however this may not always be possible. If any facility is a significant reason for your choice of hotel, we would advise you to check directly with the hotel before arrival.
Please note that there may be a local charge for the use of some facilities and if, in doubt, this should be checked directly with the hotel.
Please be advised that in the event that Sisu Boutique S.L hires out the whole and/or part of the hotel for private parties and/or functions we have no liability over the availability or full use of all the areas being used at such time. This includes any offers included in the bed prices, full use of the restaurant, bar, terrace and all other affected areas. Please see our full events page to check any events which may affect your stay and full use of hotel facilities before booking.
Data protection at Sisu Boutique Hotel
The hotel stores only very limited data on its clients. This takes the form of a name, telephone number and credit or debit card information. This information is stored potentially both on a password protected computerized accounts system and in our reservations system.
Card details are also kept in the form of our retained credit / debit card slip which is attached to a copy of your invoice and stored in a locked filing cabinet. The card information we hold is limited and therefore of little use other than as a booking guarantee. None of this information is used for any other purpose than that stated when we took it. No information is passed to third parties of any kind.
Your booking is governed by Spanish law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between the Sisu Boutique S.L and you. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with the Sisu Boutique Hotel and Spa on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
The Sisu Boutique S.L does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site. The Sisu Boutique S.L does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the Sisu Boutique S.L web site or for any products or services purchased from the Sisu Boutique S.L web site.
Exterior/3rd party websites are beyond our control and we accept no liability or responsibility for any information gathered or taken from these sites.
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Sisu Boutique Hotel in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to Sisu Boutique Hotel in writing. A complaints book is available in reception.
Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
If our hotel reservation confirmations are used inappropriately as means of VISA application, an admin fee will be charged and the customer will be reported to the local authorities.
Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible, and offer you a full credit to be used at a later date within a certain time frame tba. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
For us to process your order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, security code and expiry date. We will not collect any information about you unless it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. The information we collect will be accurate and up to date. You can check this at any time by contacting our customer care department. We will immediately correct any inaccuracies you report.
Additionally, we will look at the products you buy, together with the way you view our site to enable us to send you information about products and services that you may be interested in. We will use this information to tailor your view of the site to make it more interesting and relevant in respect of the products and offers on view.
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
We operate an opt in mail system. This gives you the choice of whether or not you wish to receive marketing information. Replying to the ‘unsubscribe’ link in promotional mail will also ensure that your name is removed from our mailing list. Your opt-in preference to receive promotional emails from websites owned by Ocean Beach Ibiza will be recorded at the point of registration and as part of the sales process. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails at any time.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Ensure that you log out when you finish using a shared computer.
We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated by us and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

CURRENT TERMS FROM JANUARY 2020
SISU BOUTIQUE HOTEL is operated by SISU BOUTIQUE SL, a Spanish company B93056836.
VALID IDENTIFICATION IS NEEDED BY ALL GUESTS VISITING THE HOTEL OR ANY HOTEL EVENT.
Every person entering SISU BOUTIQUE HOTEL must have a valid form of photographic identification in the form of either a passport or a driving license.
No under 18s are permitted into the venue.
EVENT E-TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the event organiser or promoter. Full details are available on request.
The hotel reserves the right to request all ticket holders provide appropriate ID for proof of age purposes.
The ticket is only valid for the specific date purchased and will need to be shown on entry into the hotel.
Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the events calendar due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of that ticket and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the hotel, without refund or other compensation.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event.
Please note that the ticket price on the events calendar is the advance ticket price and can only be bought up until a day before the event. Entrance paid at the door on the day will be higher than the advance price.
No credit/debit card details will be held once the payment is processed and receipt signed on the day of the booking.
Paypal & Amex card payments will require valid photographic identification such as a passport or driving license. For fraudulent reasons we will also require a photocopy of the card & ID.
We do advise guests enter the Hotel as early as possible especially for our busy events, in the case that we reach our venue capacity even with a purchased ticket entrance will be refused.
We reserve the right to change the price of any booking should any errors have been made on our website or at the time of making a booking with our reservations department.
LOUNGER & BED / TABLE BOOKINGS
All Bed and Table bookings at SISU BOUTIQUE HOTEL are based on a cover charge plus a minimum spend agreement. Excluding any Event which has package included in the price that cannot be altered.
To secure all bookings we require a deposit.
The minimum spend is the minimum amount your party commits to spend that day on food and drink from the venue.
All Bed/Table bookings are required to arrive before 15.00h, after this time the bed will become available for re-sale.
On the day of the booking, guests will be required to pay the remaining balance, a discretionary 10% service charge is included in the spend amount or will be added to any further purchasing.
The remaining amount can be paid before the event date reserved or upon arrival in cash or card.
Your deposit is non-refundable & Non-Transferable.
We cannot be held responsible for flight cancellations.
The bed/table you reserve is for a maximum amount of people. No extra guests will be allowed to join the reservation. Therefore, you will have to reserve for the number of guests attending.
For the payment of your order(s) you will be redirected to the website of the payment processor. Sisu Boutique itself will have no financial information unless a manual booking is made with us via email.
Payment is always made via a secure connection, for more information please refer to the website of the payment processor. As we charge in the local currency of Euros, we are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies your bank will determine this rate.
If in the extreme circumstances a refund is issued, the funds have to be deposited the same manner (same card, account, etc) as they were received. Refunds may take 28 days to process.
Entry into the venue is at the manager’s discretion, any person refusing to comply with any regulation concerning public bathing or swimming will be asked to leave the premises.
For the events that have set drinks packages this cannot be modified. For Package details please see the bookings page or contact the team direct.
Guests with bed bookings can enjoy the use of their beds from 12.00h until 20.00h.
In some cases the venue may change or upgrade my specific bed booked area to another bed/table.
Bed prices are subject to change during the season as per the Management’s discretion, we are not obligated to reduce the price of any previously booked bed in the event that the price for other similar beds are reduced at a later time. We are also not obligated to notify clients to let them know of a change in price to other beds.
Please be aware of your belongings inside the day club, as during your time at Sisu Boutique Hotel we cannot be held responsible for any unattended alcohol or personal items.
We do not store any luggage, large bags or bike helmets at the venue. These will not be permitted inside.
By reserving two or more beds on the same order please note we are unable to split the cost of the bill on the day. The cost will be charged on one bill, to one table/bed.
Sisu Boutique Hotel will provide a set of Sisu towels per bed, for extra towels you can hire towels for use with us directly for a 10euro deposit and this will be returned to you at the end of the day, providing you return the towel and receipt. You cannot leave the venue with the towel even if you do not receive your deposit back.
Please note that any purchased drinks at the bar or room service are not redeemable on any minimum spend bed/table booking.
Gift Voucher monetary vouchers cannot be used against a minimum spend booking, you are able to use these at any of our bars located inside the venue.
SISU BOUTIQUE HOTEL GUESTS
Guests staying at the SISU BOUTIQUE Hotel who have booked via www.sisuboutique.com will receive VIP entry to our events.
Sisu Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission; body paint, fancy dress, hen/stag accessories (including veils, sashes & matching t-shirts ), props, inflatables, etc are strictly prohibited. Note that selfie sticks are also not permitted.
All guests must wear suitable footwear.
All guests are also required to depart the venue fully clothed (tops & shorts/skirt)
To bathe in the pool we do enforce that you wear the proper bathing attire, you may not enter the pool fully clothed
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
To ensure safety, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items, which may cause danger or disruption to others.
Please note that SLR Cameras and unauthorised video cameras are not permitted at any time. If you wish to record inside please contact our team in advance at email@example.com
By entering Sisu Boutique Hotel, you consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication and communications, without payment or copyright.
Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed inside pool area the day club,and may be confiscated. This also includes food and drink from rooms or minibar.
Animals are not permitted.
Please note all customers are responsible for their belongings when attending an event. Sisu Boutique does not accept any responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
To help us give you the best customer service, please report any lost property as soon as possible and we will do our best to reunite you with your items.
For any lost property collected please be aware that we only keep items for up to 3 days after they have been reported lost, so please contact us as soon as possible. All items found within the venue will be kept for 3 days.
Sisu Boutique will not accept any liability for the loss of jewellery, other valuables or money contained within a deposited item(s).
Water Jets and co2 systems are positioned close to the Pool please keep all phones and valuables away from this area. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
In the case of force majeure or bad weather guests with bed bookings and tickets may be offered to attend on another date (subject to availability), unfortunately we operate a no refund policy. Please note that bookings must be changed before 12PM. Please contact our team +34 952906105
In case of Injury or accident, please make yourself known to our Staff. We do have qualified staff to help in any medical matter.
Please act and drink responsibly inside the venue, make sure you keep hydrated especially in the peak season when the sun becomes the strongest.
No diving into the pool.
No running around the pool.
Please note pool depths are shallow ranging from 0.4m to 1.4cm.
